A new campaign has been launched by the Algarve tourism board to encourage national and international tourists to choose the region as this year’s summer holiday destination.

From January 2009 EPCs will be required whenever a building is built, sold or rented out. If you are buying or selling a home you now need a certificate EPC by law.

If you live outside the EU, regardless of your nationality, you can get back the VAT of the products you buy and take back to your country of residence.
