In order to understand the perspective of the population of the district of Faro on the quality of life in the different parishes, the real estate portal Imovirtual launched a questionnaire in which the residents of this area were called to evaluate the cost of living, parking, leisure, access, safety, cleanliness, air quality, silence, transportation, shops and restaurants and schools in the district.

The Imovirtual study also states that the overall average evaluation of all 17 parishes indicates that the district of Faro occupies the 8th position in the ranking of the national districts in terms of quality of life.
